They’ve only gone and done it! A team of techies from local IT and Telecoms company, Ocean Telecom, have successfully completed their Snowdon Charity Challenge.
Their mission was to raise funds for The Movement Centre in Oswestry – a charity that transforms the movement abilities of children from all over the UK – and after a 10 mile bike ride, 10.5 miles climbing Snowdon, finished off with a 2.5 mile Kayak course, the intrepid group managed to raise over £3000 for the centre.
Team Ocean are feeling tired but grateful for all the support they’ve received.
“While the legs and arms are a bit sore, and we probably bit off more than we could chew, we are absolutely thrilled to have achieved our goal of contributing towards the amazing work of The Movement Centre,” said team member, Jeremy Rose.
