Oswestry & Border History & Archaeology Group (OBHAG) will be presenting a talk on: ‘Recent excavations of Nesscliffe’s Iron Age hill-fort – some conclusions’
With Professor Gary Lock
This promises to be another excellent evening – the speaker Professor Gary Lock being the director of the exciting excavation programme that ran for five seasons from 2019 at Nesscliffe examining the Iron Age hill fort remains there.
The talk will take place at the Methodist Church Hall, Castle Street, Oswestry, starting at 7.30 p.m. New members and visitors are always very welcome at these monthly talks; there is a small entry fee: OBHAG members £2, visitors £5.
