Social Cycling for the Over-50s – Oswestry
Starting in late September 2022, Shropshire Cycle Hub will be offering a series of free social cycling events for the over 50’s in Oswestry.
Whilst cycling is on the agenda, it’s certainly not the only focus but rather an opportunity to stay active, enjoy nature, the outdoors, and connect with others over a coffee or lunch at the end of a ride. No competition, just fun – no lycra required. 🙂
- Taster session to meet ride leader and volunteers
- Short gentle rides on traffic free routes, where possible
- Maintenance session for basic bike repairs
- Bicycles provided if required
- Coffee and cake at a local cafe to finish
